Practice Summary

Through the firm's Trust and Estates practice, I assist clients in planning for the future and protecting their assets while minimizing the burden of gift and estate taxes and the threat of potential creditors. In addition, I handle consumer (personal) and commercial (business) Bankruptcy matters, filing the required documents for chapters 7, 11 and 13 while addressing issues with creditors. Lastly, I represent issuers and investors in venture capital financings and all manner of private placements, corporate formations, real estate syndications, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, operating across a broad range of industries focusing on technology, start-up and emerging growth businesses with an emphasis on blockchain, crypto currencies and tokenized securities.
