Personal Introduction

Edvin has been an attorney since 2007. He has handled cases in the areas of Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. Since 2009 his practice has exclusively focused on criminal defense. At a young age Edvin realized the lack of adequate representation afforded to the Latino Community in the criminal justice system. Such a disparity in representation sparked a passion in Edvin to become a part of the solution to the problem and represent those being accused. Edvin is a relentless advocate for the protection of the constitutional rights of those facing criminal charges. Edvin has represented clients facing charges ranging from low level felonies to serious felonies both at the State and Federal level. Edvin has litigated an extensive number of cases resulting in not guilty verdicts and dismissals, earning a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer and negotiator.
