Personal Introduction

Hello my name is Ned (Edward) Melanson, partner at Melanson Law Group. Melanson Law Group is a Social Security and ERISA Disability law firm primarily serving New England. It consists of Jack Melanson, retired Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration (SSA), and Marine Corps Veteran, and myself, Ned Melanson, former corporate litigation associate at Foley Hoag in Boston, Massachusetts. We provide our clients with personalized, dedicated legal services as well as top-level technical knowledge of the oftentimes Byzantine bureaucratic system of the SSA. We understand both the mental and physical challenges that come with disability, and how the present disability benefit system exacerbates these challenges. At the end of the day, we want to make our clients' lives a little bit easier and a little more secure.
