Personal Introduction

Eli Banayan is the co-founder and managing partner at Bana Legal Group, P.C. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2014 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He then received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2018 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. Eli is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the California Superior Courts. Prior to becoming the founder of Bana Legal Group, Eli was an associate at Oakwood Legal Group, wherein he obtained experience in personal injury claims management as well as managing the post-settlement department. Eli has earned millions of dollars representing innocent victims in personal injury matters. Eli has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases, from rear-end motor vehicle collisions to catastrophic, life-altering cases. Prior to being an associate at Oakwood Legal Group, Eli was an associate at Benchmark Legal, wherein he obtained experience litigating consumer protection (Lemon Law) cases. Eli has litigated hundreds of breach of warranty cases against Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, Nissan and other manufacturers. Eli enjoys taking on the challenge of fighting against large corporations and insurance companies to ensure that the full value of each case is realized.
