Personal Introduction

I am based out of the Sacramento area and have over a decade of experience working on human rights, government relations, and immigration law and policy matters across the globe. I have represented individuals, for-profit corporations, and non-profit entities from more than 50 countries, where I have overseen thousands of successful immigration filings. I currently serve as senior independent immigration counsel for an international organization with more than 2,000 foreign employees inside the United States where I oversee human resources, immigration planning, compliance, training, and travel. I have also successfully planned and led government relations and negotiations for projects totaling more than $150 million – spanning across five continents.
