Emily practices primarily in commercial financing, lending and business transactions. As a commercial financing attorney, Emily assists borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting loans, restructurings, and other financial arrangements. She also provides counsel to her clients on related corporate and business issues. Emily also represents automobile dealers in their daily operations, business management, and financing transactions. She is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers. Emily received her J.D. from Arizona State University. While in law school, Emily was a recipient of academic awards, served on the board of the largest student organization on campus, conducted an independent study in Mergers and Acquisitions, and clerked at Tiffany and Bosco, P.A. for two years.
