Personal Injury (Litigation)

Ogden, Utah

Personal Introduction

Eric Hinckley is committed to protecting the rights of people that have been injured. As a young lawyer working for a large defense firm, he was shocked about how unfair insurance companies treated injured people with valid claims. He saw how insurance lawyers outsmarted inexperienced or lazy plaintiff's attorneys resulting in terrible outcomes for the injured client. He knew early on it was wrong. Eric left that firm and joined Lowe Law Group and has been using his unique inside knowledge ever since to get the best possible results for his injured clients. Eric practices personal injury law across the Western United States, licensed in nine states, he brings a massive amount of legal experience and knowledge to each and every case he handles. He regularly travels between these states bringing justice to injured clients. His broad legal experience and vast knowledge of the law in numerous jurisdictions makes him a formidable, far-reaching attorney. Mr. Hinckley has been named to the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the Trial Lawyers of America. He has also been a certified mediator, further equipping him to assist in reaching fair and fast settlements for his clients.
