Personal Introduction

Eric L. Horn, Esq., is a seasoned personal injury litigator who has worked in the field of personal injury law for 26 years in New York City. Mr. Horn has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict in the areas of motor vehicle liability, premises liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Horn also practices in the area of construction accidents and the New York State labor law protections for injured individuals. Most recently Mr. Horn litigated numerous motor vehicle accident cases and trucking accident cases throughout New York City as well as Rockland County, Westchester County, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Mr. Horn’s hard work in representation of his injured clients has helped him obtain settlements and recoveries well in excess of a million dollars for injured clients.
