Personal Introduction

Eric J. Mausner, Esq. is a founding partner of Mausner Graham Injury Law PLLC and currently serves as the managing partner. Eric focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury matters and has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of victims. He focuses his practice on all areas of personal injury law including: auto accidents such as truck crashes, Uber/Lyft accidents, and motorcycle crashes; premises liability cases including slip/trip and falls, and injuries on commercial properties; maritime and boating injuries including cruise ship injuries; sexual assault cases; cases involving burn injuries and brain damage; negligent security cases involving shooting incidents, and more. Eric is a third‐generation lawyer and has long held a great interest in the law, government, and public service, which is reflected in his background and experience. Prior to founding Mausner Graham Injury Law PLLC, Eric gained invaluable civil litigation experience working for law firms that handle various kinds of personal injury cases and mass torts from pre-litigation through litigation including mediation, trial, and settlement. Before becoming a personal injury attorney, Eric served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami‐Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he investigated and prosecuted thousands of violent crimes, including attempted homicides, robberies, burglaries, sex crimes, narcotics trafficking, and DUIs. As a prosecutor, Eric tried numerous jury trials gaining extensive litigation and courtroom experience. He previously worked in both the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Having served the community extensively for over a decade, Eric knows firsthand the importance of fighting for individuals and is ready to represent people injured due to the negligence of others. Eric earned his B.A. in political science and a minor in classical humanities from The George Washington University and his J.D. from New York Law School. He lives in Miami, Florida, and is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.
