Personal Introduction
Gabriel Sandoval has been a dedicated plaintiff’s attorney throughout his entire legal career. Licensed in California in 2010, Mr. Sandoval begun his legal career clerking for a couple prominent law firms in San Diego that represented consumers in diverse civil matters ranging from personal injury and wrongful death, construction defects, class actions, and constructions defects. While a law student at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Mr. Sandoval also interned for various domestic violence clinics assisting victims of domestic violence in obtaining their needed restraining orders. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sandoval was an associate attorney for a construction defects law firm representing hundreds of homeowners against large corporate home builders in complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Sandoval was most recently an associate attorney at a law firm that focused on immigration, workers compensation and wage litigation. Over the years, Mr. Sandoval was exposed to hundreds of cases in these areas of law. In immigration, Mr. Sandoval represented many people before the United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) in a diversity of matters such as Naturalization, Adjustment of Status (AOS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U-Visa, and more. Before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (immigration court), Mr. Sandoval represented many clients fend off deportation and obtain legal status such as residency through programs such as Cancellation of Removal for Non-Permanent Residents (42B), Cancellation of Removal for Permanent Residents (42A), Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and the Convention Against Torture. Mr. Sandoval also appeared before the Superior Court and the Department of Labor and Standards Enforcement (DLSE) representing clients in cases for unpaid wages. Mr. Sandoval also gained much exposure litigating cases before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) representing injured workers. Mr. Sandoval currently practices law in the greater Los Angeles area where his office is located.
