Practice Summary

Since its founding in 1991, MELTSER LAW GROUP established itself as one of the premiere US law firms in the area of Immigration & Nationality Law and complex International Transactions. Through personable approach to clients, we are an effective counsel to individuals, US and Corporations alike. We routinely obtain Labor Certifications, Visas and Green Cards for scientists, software engineers, computer consultants, construction managers, business executives, civil engineers, professional athletes, pilots, entrepreneurs, religious workers, artists, teachers, entertainers and performers, accountants, attorneys, nurses and doctors, as well as other specialists and professionals. We represent our clients before various departments and tribunals, including but not limited to US Citizenship and Immigration Service (CIS), US Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US and State Departments of Labor (DOL). Our sophisticated on-line processing system allows for immediate transfer of forms and documents to and from clients, secure case management and on-line petition review, “receipt number” case tracking, as well as secure communication via encrypted network. The system also allows our clients 24/7/365 access to their real-time case information. Our corporate clients enjoy access to the relevant immigration data of their workforce, which includes sophisticated “action needed“ and “reporting“ systems. We offer “flat fees“ for most immigration services - a system where all legal fees are pre-set up front, and are NOT billed on hourly basis. This allows our clients to properly budget for their immigration needs, as well as takes “guess work” out of legal billing.
