Personal Introduction

Before leading Enara Law, George served as COO & General Counsel of CyberSponse, a cybersecurity automation company, until its multi-million-dollar acquisition in late 2019. George also has a wide variety of legal experience, including counseling business clients and boards of directors on business and regulatory issues pertaining to business disputes, exit transactions, international trade, venture capital financing, intellectual property, and employment matters. While attending law school, George gained experience working at the Superior Court of California, and with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also worked with multiple government affairs firms, assisting special interest groups in their lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill. George is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, New York, and Arizona.
