I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Shankar Ninan & Co., a law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to small and medium-sized businesses in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I have over a decade of experience in business and employment counseling and litigation, and I serve as outside General Counsel to numerous clients, helping them align their legal operations with their corporate objectives and resolve complex challenges. As a business owner, I have a solid base to advise entrepreneurs and the companies they run. As an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Law School, I co-taught a course on Deposition Advocacy, sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of lawyers.
