Personal Introduction

I am the founding member of Carden Legal Services, LLC. I have been married since 1992 and my wife and I believe in living life to the fullest because nobody knows how much time we have in the game called life. I am reminded of this daily while helping my clients with some of the biggest problems they will ever face. I love adventure and being in nature, so you may find me running the trails training for an ultra-marathon, backpacking and camping on a mountainside, kayaking, exploring caves, or hang gliding. I have had a very diverse career background that includes serving 6 years in the U.S. Navy in its nuclear power program serving on board a fast attack submarine, a business owner, technology and software development, and financial services and consulting. This diverse background aids me in calling on the varied experiences when evaluating a need for my client and helping you achieve your objective. I bring the same passion that I have for living life to the representation of my clients. Whether I am representing a client who was severely injured in a car wreck, consulting with business owners for a new startup or business strategy meeting, helping a grieving family probate the estate of a loved one who has passed away, or preparing an estate plan to manage some of life's most difficult challenges, my client’s need is my primary concern. The last thing a client needs when meeting with an attorney to discuss their need is a stuffy, non-personal and awkward meeting. I believe that experience should be comfortable and relaxed so I am better able to understand my client’s needs in order to plan and implement a tailored solution to your specific goal.
