Our favorite pastime is making big businesses like Amazon, TikTok, Publishers, Banks and Credit Card companies treat small businesses with respect, and honor their legal and moral duties to them. We have gone toe-to-toe with these businesses in arbitration and litigation settings and always achieved outcomes satisfactory to our clients.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

We offer robust contingency-based and pro-bono services for clients who cannot afford traditional attorney fee structures. Additionally, we have a long history in the public sector working on matters of public importance such as civil rights litigation and in vitro fertilization matters. Notably, we worked on Obergefell v. Hodges (the landmark Supreme Court case legalizing gay marriage nationwide) secondary litigation sorting out the implications of legal marriage on state laws.
