Personal Introduction

Hai Ling Chu (Ling) received her B.A. from the University of California, Riverside in 2006 and her J.D. from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2011 after which she was licensed to practice in State court as well as Federal Tax Court. In 2012, Ling founded the law firm of HLC Legal focusing mainly in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business, and Contracts. In addition to her private practice, Ling is also an active member of the Las Vegas non-profit community. In 2014, she received the honor of being named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year from Nevada Legal Services, and she is the sitting President for the Asian American Advocacy Clinic. In her private life, Ling is an amateur coffee aficionado.
