Personal Introduction
Prior to working as an attorney, Hansen was a sub-project manager at Northrop Grumman Space Technology where he managed over $40 million dollars worth of mechanical and electrical components. Now, Hansen specializes in Internet law, online marketing and privacy, online defamation, trademark and copyright, and cyber gambling litigation. Hansen Tong began and completed his undergraduate education at Michigan State University in East Lansing. He then graduated from the Eli Broad College of Business with a degree in Supply Chain Management. In addition to his degree, he was also awarded the title of Broad Scholar. After working for a Fortune 100 company for a number of years, Hansen matriculated to Loyola Law School and earned his juris doctorate. At Loyola, Hansen was an active member of Loyola Law’s student body: a founding member of the Loyola Law School Human Rights Clinic and a Research Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. A talented writer, Mr. Tong assisted in authoring a pair of amicus curiae briefs to the Inter-American Court on Human Rights. In addition to his educational pursuits, Hansen founded the Loyola Ski and Surf Club during his graduate studies.
