Holly Simpson
Elder Law, Wills, Trusts, & Probate (Transactional)
Charlotte, North Carolina
Personal Introduction
Holly is passionate about absorbing information and genuinely loves learning about people and their life stories. This thirst for knowledge led her down the road of becoming licensed as a marriage and family therapist, where she worked for 12 years helping families navigate various life challenges. Her curiosity led her next to attend law school, where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. Holly was the only class member at graduation to have a loud cheering section composed of her husband and their six children (ages 11-21 at the time)! Recognizing the importance of ensuring her own large family would be provided for in the case of her own incapacity or death, Holly feels driven to ensure that others are similarly protected. Holly started Simpson Law Firm because she wanted to create a premier Estate Planning Firm that was unique and stood apart from the pack. Her main strategies were to 1) Call clients back (attorneys are notoriously bad at this), 2) Treat clients with as much kindness as they receive at Chick-fil-A (my pleasure!), 3) Provide outstanding, smart, efficient legal services so that families can protect their assets and their loved ones. With plenty of elbow grease and some great mentors, Holly is accomplishing her goals with the help of the most amazing Attorneys and outstanding law firm staff in all of North and South Carolina (and no, she wasn’t forced to say this!). Simpson Law Firm continues to grow and strives to be the kindest and largest premiere estate law firm in the Carolinas.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work
Some of Holly’s remaining life ambitions include keeping pace with her middle-aged half marathon running, pickle ball playing mom friends, enjoying her grandkids while pretending she’s not really old enough to be a “grandma,” enjoying the teenagers she volunteers with at her church and seeing a few more ‘80s bands and/or Dolly Parton live in concert before it is too late.
