Jacob Leach

Personal Introduction

Jacob Leach is the son of Melissa and Darren Leach of Barnesville. He graduated from Barnesville High School in 2019. He then graduated from Ohio University Eastern in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in history and an associate’s degree in the arts. There, he served as a student ambassador for the College Credit Plus Program and aided in extending the opportunity for dual enrollment to high school students across the Ohio Valley. Jacob then attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2023. While attending UDSL, he was a member of the University of Dayton School of Law Moot Court Team where he competed in the Hon. Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition and the Saul Lefkotwitz Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Shaheen Law Group, he completed internships with Congressman Michael R. Turner of Dayton, Ohio, Williams Law Firm of Wheeling, West Virginia, and Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, Decapio, and Pearl LLP, of Weirton, West Virginia. Jacob is excited to work in the community that he grew up in and to give back to the community.
