James H. Thomson, Esq. has represented real estate and small business clients since being sworn in as an attorney in 2007. In that capacity, he has handled thousands of transactions for hundreds of business owners, not-for-profits and individual clients. In addition to his commitment to the clients of Thomson Law, PLLC, Mr. Thomson is actively involved with the Staten Island business and not-for-profit communities. He is a founding member and past President of The Executive Club of Staten Island. He is a member, and past Board member, of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. He additionally has served on the Board of Directors of the West Brighton Local Development Committee, now known as SIBOC. He currently serves on the advisory boards of St. Peter’s Boy’s High School and the Carl V. Bini Foundation, as well as on the Business Council of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Thomson daily handles matters including commercial real estate sales, purchases and leases; business asset sales and purchases; formation and dissolution of business entities, including Corporations and LLC’s; drafting of Buy-Sell Agreements, Operating Agreements and other corporate documents; handling commercial landlord-tenant matters; and filing ICAP tax abatement applications. These services are offered in both New York and New Jersey.
