He earned his Juris Doctorate at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago with a certificate in Intellectual Property. James earned bachelor degrees in Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Political Science from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wis. James has served as Chair of the Naperville Housing Commission and as a board member on the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Attorney Broker Committee.
