Personal Introduction

As Managing Partner of Fractional GCs, I work with businesses as a practical, business-minded legal partner focused on helping them grow with confidence. Over the past decade, I’ve advised companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. What I’ve learned is that the best legal support does more than manage risk. It helps businesses make better decisions, reduce friction, move faster, and create long-term value. That philosophy shapes how we work at Fractional GCs. Each client relationship is led by a dedicated attorney who serves as the primary point of contact, stays close to the business, and coordinates the broader legal team as needed. When a matter requires specialized expertise, we bring in the right attorney from our network without forcing the client to start over or manage multiple outside firms. Our work spans commercial contracts, corporate and governance matters, employment, privacy, transactions, and strategic legal advisory. My role is to understand the broader business picture, help prioritize what matters most, and make sure clients have the right legal support at the right time. I enjoy getting close to the business and helping clients find practical ways forward. At Fractional GCs, we believe legal should not be a bottleneck to growth. It should help drive it.
