Practice Summary

I provide clients with strategic guidance on tax minimization, compliance, and efficient structuring, ensuring businesses and individuals are well-aligned with the latest tax regulations, domestically and internationally. I advise clients on structuring business deals, mergers, and acquisitions in a tax-efficient manner and guide clients through the tax implications in real estate transactions, intellectual property arrangements, and various other commercial activities.
