I have been guiding clients of all sizes on legal problems in these areas for nearly 20 years—from global domestic and overseas companies to startups and individuals. In all of my areas of practice, I work as both a litigator, counselor, and in the case of IP—a trademark prosecutor who has represented some of the most famous brands in the world.
