I help clients solve problems in the areas of intellectual property, business and commercial litigation, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, and right of privacy/publicity law. I have been guiding clients of all sizes on legal problems in these areas for nearly 20 years—from global domestic and overseas companies to startups and individuals. What I’ve found is the best way to help clients is to treat each of their cases as if I were in their shoes. In all of my areas of practice, I work as both a litigator, counselor, and in the case of IP—a trademark prosecutor who has represented some of the most famous brands in the world.
