Jeffrey Ian Cisco

Criminal, Personal Injury (Litigation)

Champaign, Illinois

Personal Introduction

Jeff represented clients as a trial lawyer, handling multiple jury trials straight out of law school after his admission to the Illinois State Bar in 2003. This work forged his passion for seeking justice for those harmed through negligence or misconduct. In 2004, Jeff became a prosecutor in the State’s Attorney’s office, handling misdemeanor and felony cases. After his stint there, he returned to representing injury clients in counties statewide, trying numerous cases. He also secured wins for the injured in settlements, mediations, and arbitrations. Jeff has handled cases in the Illinois Appellate Court. He is licensed to practice before Illinois's Federal Central and Northern Districts. Raised in a Springfield working-class neighborhood, Jeff remains true to his roots. This upbringing shaped his commitment to never represent powerful corporations or insurance companies against everyday individuals. Advocating for those injured is more than a job for Jeff. His greatest satisfaction comes from securing maximum compensation for victims.
