Jeffrey B. Kaplan is a founding partner of Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A. He is based out of the firm’s Miami, Florida office, but travels nationwide for his clients’ cases. A nationally ranked trial lawyer with approximately 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Kaplan focuses his law practice on plaintiff-side consumer fraud arbitration and class action litigation and securities arbitration and litigation. He represents victims of cybersecurity breaches, consumer fraud, and investment fraud throughout South Florida, the United States, and Latin America.
