Jennifer Smith spent over 25 years focusing her practice on representing financial institutions and corporate clients, specializing in pre- and post - judgment remedies, workouts, and general business related matters. Specifically, Ms. Smith’s emphasis has been on both creditor’s rights and consumer protection, with a specific expertise on consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (Federal and State), Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, California’s Consumer Privacy Act, and issues involving Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices.
