Jerry has years of experience advising and representing small businesses, corporations, and individuals. Jerry represents corporations and small businesses in business formation, corporate governance, labor & employment matters, collections, civil litigation, trademark, copyright, and real estate matters. Jerry represents individuals in asset protection, real estate and wills and estates matters. Prior to founding Jerry Long, Attorney at Law, Jerry worked in-house as a litigation and employment attorney. As a law student, Jerry was a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District. Jerry is a member of the American Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.
