Personal Introduction

Hi, my name is Jie Li (Jane). I founded my own solo practice in California, Innoshield Professional Corporation, where my practice focuses on copyright, trademark, commercial contract negotiation, and labor and employment matters. I advise both businesses and individual clients on protecting intellectual property, structuring commercial relationships, and managing legal risks in day-to-day operations. Before starting my solo practice, I worked as an intellectual property attorney at Trademarkia (LegalForce RAPC) and previously at White & Case LLP, where I supported complex trademark and copyright litigation. Earlier in my career, I served as Senior In-House Counsel at Procter & Gamble, advising global brands on intellectual property protection, advertising compliance, and commercial contracts. I work with both corporate and individual clients and pride myself on clear communication, practical legal advice, and responsive client service.
