Joe Pioletti, Esq.

Personal Introduction

Joe C. Pioletti was born and raised in Eureka, IL and was a third-generation graduate of Eureka College receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management where he also minored in Spanish. He then received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. While in law school Joe worked in the Domestic Violence Advocacy Clinic and was a three-time recipient of the Charter Class Campaign for Academic Excellence Scholarship. At Pioletti Pioletti & Nichols Joe represents clients in areas of law including individual and commercial bankruptcy, personal injury and wrongful death, worker’s compensation, and criminal defense. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of Illinois and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
