Personal Introduction

My civil litigation legal practice has had given me some very exciting experiences (well...for a trial attorney) and I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with amazing people (both as colleagues and clients) from a variety of backgrounds. I have had billionaires as clients and I have helped the indigent and the homeless. My work has included interviews on race boats to learning more about golf courses than anyone should ever have to know and I have always enjoyed the people I work with and the ones I work for. I look forward to working with you!

Practice Summary

Civil Litigation Trial Attorney for over twenty years. My areas of practice have included Personal Injury, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate Litigation. I am a certified mediator with extensive experience and I served for years as an administrative law judge on 4th Amendment appeals. I have defended the State of California, Governors, Lt. Governors, Prison Wardens, Prison Doctors and Dentists as well as many prison guards - when the Attorney General’s office has a Conflict of Interest and needs outside counsel for their USC 1987 cases. In the last Ten years or so, I have done a fair amount of Probate work (both litigation and simple filings) and in the last few years I have done mostly Estate Planning.
