For decades, I ran a real estate and private equity investment firm in New York. I became a client of some of the most sophisticated attorneys in the nation, in highly intricate multi-party transactions, negotiations, and disputes. Not only did I learn about the law, which I realized was my life’s true passion, but what a client needs most from its legal representation. I decided to become the lawyer I wished I always had.
