Jordan Gaytan

Personal Introduction

Jordan Gaytan, Esq. is a California licensed attorney who has exclusively practiced California workers’ compensation law since 2012. Mr. Gaytan is an aggressive, experienced litigator and advocate who is relentless in getting the best results for his clients. Prior to forming the firm, he was a Senior Trial Attorney at the best catastrophic workers’ compensation practice in the State of California and the Managing Attorney of a prominent state-wide Applicants’ Attorney firm. He formed the Law Offices of Jordan Gaytan in order to represent injured workers in underserved communities and fight for worker’s rights. Mr. Gaytan also brings a unique perspective to his practice as he represented workers’ compensation insurance carriers and employers at two state-wide defense firms for almost a decade before switching sides. He has special knowledge about how workers’ compensation insurance carriers, defense firms, and employers operate. Ultimately, he found that he connected more with employees, and his passion was representing injured workers. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of the Pacific.
