Personal Introduction

Alex Johnson, a distinguished attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, leads the firm's civil practice. With a focus on cases involving individuals who have suffered severe harm in automobile accidents, Alex supports his clients in negotiating with insurance companies and filing lawsuits against insurers and their insured drivers. Additionally, he represents individuals and businesses that have been wronged by the actions of government employees and bureaucrats. Alex has successfully advocated for victims of shootings, wrongful incarceration, false arrests, and retaliatory acts related to freedom of speech. With an extensive background in litigating cases for aggrieved parties across Georgia, Alex has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts. His expertise lies in seeking justice against insurance companies and pursuing government officials who violate individuals' Constitutional Rights, often under 42 U.S.C. 1983. In addition to litigation, Alex offers strategic advice to businesses on formation and goal achievement. He has been featured in Yahoo! News and has appeared on the Ingraham Angle on the Fox News Channel. Born and raised in Georgia, Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Oglethorpe University, where he held numerous leadership positions, including Student Government President and Vice President of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. Alex then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State Law School. Passionate about community engagement, Alex devotes his time to various civic activities. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of North Atlanta and the Federalist Society, and serves as President of the Georgia Republican Assembly. Alex has also held leadership roles in the SAE Atlanta Area Alumni Association and the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), where he was awarded the NFRA President's Award for Activism in 2017 and currently serves as the NFRA President. Currently General Counsel of the DeKalb County Republican Party, Alex has previously been a Republican candidate for the Georgia State Senate in District 41 in 2010. He is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution.
