Practice Summary

My litigation practice is focused on representing employees in matters involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliatory discharge, and other workplace disputes. I also pursue claims against professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, architects, and others, whose substandard services caused financial harm to clients. In addition, I handle complex matters involving real estate, cryptocurrency, and financial litigation. Each year, I represent dozens of licensed professionals—including doctors, nurses, mortgage brokers, and others—before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), offering strategic defense in disciplinary and licensure matters. I help clients navigate the often complicated landscape of government regulation. With more than 30 years of experience in and around government in Chicago and throughout Illinois, I regularly assist with government investigations and a wide range of public sector issues.
