Personal Introduction

Mr. Meeks is a litigator and founding member of MJ Law. He has spent his career representing businesses, multinational corporations, individuals and insurance companies in complex and high valued personal injury cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has worked under the guidance of numerous national board certified civil trial advocates, and has handled everything from motor vehicle and trucking cases, to product liability cases, slip and/or trip and falls, assault and batters claims, contract disputes, and multi-party complex wrongful death cases involving 8 and 9-figure claimed damages. As a former defense attorney, he knows the insurance company “playbook.” He knows the tactics they use to deny injured victims just compensation. That experience makes him uniquely qualified to represent individuals and businesses in their pursuit of justice.
