Personal injury includes, but is not limited to: All auto cases: third party/pain and suffering and first party cases/PIP benefits; fall cases; dram shop cases/cases involving alcohol; injuries to children; fire insurance claims; governmental immunity cases; business litigation; Construction site injuries; etc. Misdemeanor criminal cases include, but is not limited to: all types of misdemeanors: drunk driving, domestic of violence, assault and battery,probation violations, marijuana possession, retail fraud (i.e. shoplifting), theft, driving while license suspended (DWLS), driving while license revoked (DWLR), solicitation, juvenile offenses, etc. Felony criminal cases include, but is not limited to: felonious assault, breaking and entering, criminal sexual conduct, probation violations, juvenile offenses, fraud, embezzlement, theft offenses, felony drunk driving, assaultive crimes, etc.
