Personal Introduction
I've been representing injured workers in one capacity or another for over 35 years. My practice focuses on Workers Compensation Claims in both Virginia and North Carolina. Our mission is to rebuild and restore the lives of those workers who have suffered serious injury. I am a part -time musician, and back in the day, I used to play at local establishments quite often professionally. I still play and maintain a studio, but my public appearances are now pretty much limited to YouTube due to the time constraints of running a law practice. I also enjoy snow skiing when conditions permit, as well as mountain biking. I am a religious person, specifically an Orthodox Jew. That means I'm committed, as are many Christians, to tithing regularly. I do a good bit of volunteer work at my Synagogue, and for other connected local organizations, previously serving as President. I remain on the board. My practice is located in Virginia Beach, VA, but I reside in the adjacent city of Norfolk, VA with my wife and my younger daughter, who is still in school. My older daughter currently resides in New York City. We love dogs, and we currently have a very ill-tempered Australian Shepard. Well, she's ill-tempered with everyone else except us.
