Personal Introduction

Hello, my name is Joe Piatchek. If you are reading this, that means you are interested in possibly sending our firm some referrals. I am the Managing Attorney at the Piatchek Law Firm, LLC, which I established in 2005. I also run a special division of our law firm, Affordable Legal Services®, which provides solutions to an array of common legal concerns at reasonable flat rates. Personally, I am a member of many community and professional organizations, including Springfield Southeast Rotary, Springfield Executive Breakfast Club, and I am a member of the parish council at Immaculate Conception. I am a regular volunteer with several local organizations. The Piatchek Law Firm currently has five attorneys and generally employs about 18 staff members overall. I am proud of our growth, but I am even more proud of the team that I have assembled. Personal Interests & Charitable Work

I live in Springfield and am married with two children. My wife Tracy teaches at Immaculate Conception Elementary in Springfield. Away from the office, I enjoy exercise, sports, playing basketball, coaching basketball, listening to music, and spending time with my family. For the last few years I have been running between 15 and 25 miles per week, and I have been playing basketball twice a week with a group of guys for many years. I retired from golf, but perhaps some day I will take it up again. I attend Immaculate Conception Church where I am a greeter and serve on Parish Council and belong to the Knights of Columbus. I am also a member of the Springfield Executive Breakfast Club, and the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast where I serve as co-chair of the Hands on Committee that arranged volunteer work in the community with many different non-profits and associations. I am also a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. I have been a volunteer coach for multiple youth basketball teams in recent years.
