Personal Introduction

I'm a lawyer and consultant working at the intersection of law, technology, and operations. I lead Opp Law, a firm that helps SaaS and AI companies build their commercial legal functions, scale their contracting processes, and close deals quickly. We pride ourselves on delivering timely, excellent, and delightful legal services. Before Opp Law, I was the second legal hire at Grammarly. There, I led a wonderful seven-person team and built the commercial legal function from the ground up. We were awarded Best Cross-Functional Partner and supported global sales across all sales channels and industries (including education, health, and enterprise). Earlier in my career, I was an associate at Hunton Andrew Kurth, focused on advising LATAM clients and negotiating international deals. In my free time, I hang out with family and friends (both cliche and true), listen to podcasts while I run (whatever is on my mind is what I choose), search for good music (old and new), and cheer on the Miami Heat.
