I am an unabashed champion of small business and speak entrepreneur fluently even during the inevitable "squirrel" moments. My depth of experience in Main Street M & A brings value to business owners in the run up to, and during, the sale process. I am empathic, straight forward and understand the psychological aspects of the sale of a business. Additionally, having been in house I understand very keenly how the business drivers intersect with legal. As a fractional GC I become a trusted advisor to the in house leadership team. When I work with executives to negotiate their packages I use those same skills honed in house but flip them around to work with individuals putting together their packages.
