Personal Introduction

Justin Esshaki began his career as a CPA where he focused his attention on Partnerships and S Corporations. He gained a strong understanding pertaining to tax liability and is able to assist business owners with tax controversies pertaining to the IRS and State of Michigan. Throughout his career Justin became very familiar with operating agreements, and it is with the understanding of both the operating agreements and tax returns that Justin can assist clients with out of court mediation with the objective of coming to a resolution. Justin also owns a CPA practice where he services small businesses and individuals. His ability to understand tax returns and understand client related issues has his legal practice focused on tax controversies and business litigation.
