Personal Introduction
Justin is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a prestigious national organization whose members represent the most recognized family court attorneys across the country. Justin is the only AAML fellow with an office location in the southern Indiana counties of Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Washington, Scott or Jefferson where he focuses his practice. Justin grew up crossing the Ohio River and continues to do so in helping his clients in interstate divorces, custody and complex family court matters in Indiana and Kentucky. He manages the firm’s Indiana office in Jeffersonville (Clark County) and helps individuals who are not only facing a difficult divorce or legal separation, but who may also be facing complicated custody or child support issues that span multiple states.

Justin is also a licensed domestic relations mediator in Indiana and has been trained in the collaborative family law process for cases that do not have to go to trial. His educational background in legal studies and computer science allows him to use technology to assist in cases that involve complex financial or spousal support issues, and custody disputes that require computer and social media analysis.
