Loss of Use and Diminished value specialist. While I'm happy to take the Bodily Injury (BI) referrals, as that encompasses the majority of the cases, I am also happy let you keep the BI claims, and just handle the Property Damage portion of the claim. As far as I can tell, most Personal Injury attorneys are not familiar with these type of claims, and will often leave a ton of money on the table. Interestingly, most insurance companies are equally as unfamiliar with handling these types of claims, which often leads to stupid mistakes in claim handling, and an unusually high possibility of popped policies. Personal Injury Attorney with a sub-specialty in property damage claims for high-end vehicles, specifically loss of use (rental value of a comparable vehicle during the period of time the car is unusable) and diminished value (damage to the resale value related the stigma of an accident on the Carfax). At times, depending on the claim, I will also handle insurance bad faith claims, as it is often the case that insurers balk at paying for the cost of some of these specialty vehicles.
