Personal Introduction

KAI E. JACOBS Kai is our founder and most senior legal strategist. Since 1993 he has helped businesses when they have to go to court so they can go back to making money. He was born and grew up in Miami, Florida. After college and law school, Kai came back home because Miami was growing up and out in ways that few other places were and he wanted to be part of it. From the beginning of his legal career, Kai has worked with businesses and people with contract and business issues. From failed real estate transactions to international distributorship agreement disputes, Kai has offered counsel and litigated for businesses of all sizes and industries, as well as people who found themselves in a dispute over their own personal contracts. Kai created the firm’s mission - to see that businesses in South Florida thrive. As a native, he has a personal interest in wanting fellow business owners, colleagues, and friends to not only succeed, but succeed on a level with the best and most successful businesses anywhere. As an attorney, he wants to help businesses and people protect and grow the business machinery that offers them a living.
