Kailin Ho is the Managing Shareholder and Trial Lawyer at Petrullo, APC. She works closely with John Petrullo in professional liability, medical and healthcare cases involving allegations of elder abuse, neglect, fraud and abuse, consumer actions, unlawful employment practices, and corporate litigation. She has participated in numerous settlement conferences and mediations and has successfully obtained favorable outcome for her clients. Born and raised in Taiwan, Ms. Ho grew up in Northern California but now calls Los Angeles home. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern Law School. In addition to defending nursing homes, Ms. Ho’s background includes immigration law and corporate regulatory and compliance. For her dedication, she was nominated by Pasadena Magazine’s Top Attorney three years in a row. Ms. Ho is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
