Personal Introduction

When I review a client’s estate I perform an asset protection analysis along with giving an estate planning recommendation to minimize taxes and protect assets going to beneficiaries on the client’s death. If a client has business interests I recommend spin-offs of assets to protect from creditors along with conversion of entities to protect structures from personal judgment lawsuits against shareholders.
