Personal Introduction

A graduate from UIC Law, Kasim Carbide is founder and principle attorney at the Law Offices of Kasim Carbide. Mr. Carbide graduated cum laude in the top of his class, while earning the coveted Morrissey Scholar and Order of John Marshall distinctions. While in law school, Mr. Carbide clerked for the Appellate Court of Illinois, competed in Vienna, Austria in the VIS Moot Court Competition, and was published twice. Since law school, Mr. Carbide served as General Counsel for a cryptocurrency ATM operator, and Chief Legal Officer for a financial technology company. Mr. Carbide is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and contributes his free time to writing for the Chicago Bar Association's @theBar Blog. Mr. Carbide's blog posts regarding money transmission and cashless ATMs have been cited by cannabis magazines. When you need your business protected, he is who you want in your corner.
