Personal Introduction

Kendra Carney Mehr is a highly experienced land use and zoning attorney who exclusively advises and litigates on behalf of private clients and public agencies in California to develop and modify real property. For more than 15 years, Kendra has worked with real property owners, business property users, and developers to overcome property obstacles and collaborate with regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and entitlements. She gained invaluable experience while serving as both an in-house and contract city attorney and special counsel to a variety of public agencies advising on public law and land use issues.
