Personal Introduction

Mr. Caldwell is a former partner with McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri; and Watson Rounds in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. He currently runs his firm, Caldwell Law Firm, PC that practices primarily in Texas, Missouri, Kansas and Nevada. Mr. Caldwell brings more than 30 years experience in contract, real estate, intellectual property, corporate, business, and international law matters to the Firm. He is personally licensed to practice law in the States of Texas, Missouri and Nevada. He is also admitted to practice in Texas, Missouri and Kansas Federal Courts as well as the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Caldwell was a Texas-licensed CPA for an international oil, gas and chemical company. Mr. Caldwell received his BS in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Kansas and his JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
